Bid documents are expected to be made available to you starting early August through the end of 2024. 270103: HUBBS HALL 2220 SPEC LAB RENOVATION- Estimated Construction Cost: $850,000 374345: MCTF 207 DEMONSTRATION KITCHEN - Estimated Construction cost: $1,100,000 286084: SVERDRUP LAB RENOVATION: 2237 CHOY 2265 DECIMA 3251 LUKOWSIKI- Estimated Construction Cost: $1,700,000 330587: SVERDRUP 3116 ODLUM LAB RENOVATION- Estimated Construction Cost: $1,200,000 Interior lab renovation of existing 1,470 square feet space to create a new spec lab in Hubbs Hall at UC San Diego Scripps Institution of Oceanography (SIO). Scope of work includes demolition of existing space and procurement/installation of new MEP, casework, flooring, biosafety cabinets, and fume hoods. Estimated Construction Duration: 140 working days In addition, the University is committed to promoting and increasing participation of small business enterprises (SBEs) and disabled veteran business enterprises (DVBEs) relating to all goods and services covered under the awarded agreement, subject to any and all applicable obligations under state and federal law, and University policies. The awarded contractor shall make best efforts to provide qualified SBEs and DVBEs with the maximum opportunity to participate. Potential bidders will be required to submit their small business outreach plan to the University as part of the prequalification process.
