Van Buren Paving Project at the Van Buren Land Port of Entry (LPOE) in Van Buren, ME. The scope of this contract includes site preparation and removal of materials. The anticipated award will be a base contract with two options. The base award square footage is 15' x 1250' and then additional compacting of 4' x 1250'. The First Option removal and installing the asphalt in an area of 17' x 1000' & 25'x 250 feet for a total of 1250feet. The Second Option is crack sealing of 30' x 300' and installing a 5'x50' curb. The magnitude of this project is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. The NAICS code for this service is 236220- Commercial and Institutional Building Construction. The Small Business Size standard is $45 Million. The lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) source selection process described in FAR 15.101-2 will be used to evaluate proposals for the base plus option 1 and 2. A pre-proposal conference and site visit is scheduled for August 20, 2024 at 10:00AM EST.
