Question Deadline Date: 09/12/2024 11:00:00 AM PT Each bid must be accompanied by an electronic pdf copy of a bidders bond in the sum of not less than 10% of the total aggregate amount of the bid. The Contractors Faithful Performance Bond shall be for 100% of the contract amount. Contractors Payment Bond shall be for 100% of the contract amount. All prospective bidders are hereby cautioned that the Contractors State License Law regulates contractor licensing matters. The Contractor, in its bid proposal, shall be required to disclose its license type, number, and expiration date. Bidders must have a valid California contractors license, classification A to bid this project. The Project generally involves the installation of Small Trash Capture (STC) underground devices at various locations throughout the City, designed to catch trash and prevent it from entering the waterways. STC devices will be installed in existing City inlets and catchbasins which will have screens that prevent debris and trash larger than 5mm to enter the City's Municipal Seperate Storm Sewer System. This project will help the City towards ifs C.10 targets set in the Municipal Regional Permit for June 30, 2025
