Addendum #1-#3 have been issued as of 6-14-2024. The Project includes the following comprehensive renovations as indicated on the drawings: Exterior Renovations: New Front Entrance Canopy of fabricated and painted steel, new front entrance driveway, storm water renovations, exterior brick cleaning and sealing, reroofing of Gymnasium Building, Replacement aluminum storefront windows and doors, New sidewalks, steps, ramps, and railings, Site clearing and tree removal and grading, Exterior parking lot gate. Interior Renovations: The relocation of the Main School Office, extensive interior painting throughout, new doors and hardware, new flooring, ceilings, toilet partition replacement, gym bleacher replacement, new cabinetry, acoustical ceiling mounted sound baffles around the Media center hallway, 2 wheelchair lifts at non ADA compliant stairs, and auditorium seating replacement, Plumbing fixture replacement and / or permanent fixture abandonment in the majority of the school. Mechanical upgrades, gas boiler replacement, HVAC Equipment components replacements, New Heat and Cooling roof mounted units for Gymnasium. Electrical Service upgrade, New fire alarm system, Technology Power and Data upgrades. Special Considerations: Coordination with an abatement contractor currently working under separate contract that will be abating flooring materials in the building ahead and during the GC's work. Renovations will mainly be conducted utilizing the two summer breaks (2024&2025) and scheduled student holidays and breaks. Work that doesn't affect the student's clean, quiet, calm, and safe environment may be scheduled during school hours with permission for the School Maintenance Director. Night, holiday, and weekend work will be required to complete this project.
