Rehabilitation of Exterior and Roof, Including Termites Johnson Wildflower Center McDermott Learning Center The scope of work includes the remodel of an existing single-story wood frame historic carriage house located on a small site within the 294-acre Johnson Wildflower Center, a public botanical garden dedicated to the conservation of native plants. The proposed work includes exterior envelope rehabilitation and interior lighting upgrades, construction of two air-conditioned interior unisex restrooms, catering area, storage room, opening of the attic loft area, and the addition of an exterior covered porch. The project will meet building health and safety codes, and comply with the ADA standards.
