Question Deadline 10/16/2024 at 12:00 PM CT The City of Laredo Boulevard of the Americas Phase 2 shall feature the construction of Plaza Azteca, located at 700 Hidalgo St., including but not limited to concrete and pavers surfaces, landscaping, irrigation, lighting, seating areas, stage, concession building with 3 suites and two unisex restrooms, mechanical room and storage, as well as shading structures, site furnishings, drinking fountains, garbage containers, bike racks, directional signage, monuments and garbage enclosure. Also included in the scope of work is the construction of Plaza La Noria, located at 700 Farragut St. including but not limited to concrete and pavers surfaces, landscaping, irrigation, lighting, seating areas, shading structures, site furnishings, drinking fountains, garbage containers, bike racks and directional signage. All complete Bid Proposal in the hands of the designated official at the time set in this Notice to Bidders shall be considered. All Bids Proposal shall be accompanied by an acceptable Bid Deposit in an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the total Base Bid. Bid Deposit will be verified by the Owner prior to bid certification. Bids without an acceptable Bid Deposit will NOT be considered. Refer to Section A-2 Information to Bidders for complete information. rejection of a bid proposal. Unless all bids are rejected, the Owner agrees to give Notice of Award of Contract to the successful bidder within ninety (90) days of the bid opening
