The windows should be Pella or equivalent. This includes windows in the upper level (Town Hall) and the lower level (Police Dept.) Installation of Windows - The scope of the work includes mobilizing and furnishing manlifts/dumpsters, removing existing windows at openings, disposing of windows, installing new windows. Removal of two openings that have protective cages (Police Dept.) over window---powder coat black and reinstall. Contractor is responsible to prepare the rough opening to mount the new window per manufacturer's recommendations. All window flashing will match the window [black]. The inside finish will be caulked and painted to match the existing window jam. Lead Paint Abatement - Removal and disposal of lead painted wood casing per all State and Federal regulations.
