Addition and repairs to the Hospital building. The scope of the project includes construction of an addition - Surgical Technical Platform that will house all operating areas of the facility including four operating rooms, three coronary care beds, eight intensive care beds, eight stretchers in the recovery room, and 22 day-surgery stretchers, a room for ophthalmic surgery and two rooms for endoscopy. The scope of the project also includes addition and renovations to the Hospital Block T and to the Food Service department of the Hospital. The project will be done in one phase that will allow to do it in a shorter timeframe. The project may be implemented following conventional mode with a general contractor or in a turn-key method. TIMELINE: Request for proposals for commissioning services is closed. Reference number: 1835160. Proposals have been deposited and are under review. Further update in summer, 2024. According to the current project implementation scenario, the probable start date of the mandate is between June 1 and July 1, 2024 and the probable end date of the mandate is in August 2031.
