A description of the Project is as follows: Scope of Work: The Work consists of constructing improvements at Sunset Strip and NW 109th Avenue in Sunrise, Florida as described in the Construction Documents. The Work includes but is not limited to the construction of concrete sidewalks, installation of benches, trash & recycling receptacles, bike racks, bike repair stations, fencing and gates, emergency phone, solar lighting, signage, and installation of proposed trees, shrubs, and groundcover beds. Site work includes site preparation, earthwork, drive access, soil treatment, site utilities, site improvements, sidewalks, paving, signage, monument lighting, security posts, irrigation and landscaping as shown and specified in the Contract Documents. Location: Work is located in the City of Sunrise on Sunset Strip and NW 109 th Avenue. Qualification Requirement: The Contractor shall have the following: Florida Certified General Contractors License. The Contractor must have worked on 3 projects over the past 5 years of similar size and scope.
