The City of Minneapolis is issuing this Call for Bids for prospective suppliers to provide all materials, labor, equipment and incidentals necessary for Rebid - Riverside Park Improvements for the Park Board; all in accordance with the provided specifications, event line items and all documents requested herein. 7% Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) ; 10% Women Business Enterprise (WBE) Employment Goals 20% Female and 32% Minority Construction Start date: October 15, 2024 ; Substantial Project Completion: 8/31/2025 This Project shall generally include the work shown on Drawings related to the Riverside Park Site Improvements project. The Work shall include, but is not limited to: o Mobilization o Erosion and sediment control o Utility location o Temporary planting protection fencing and tree protection fencing o Site demolition and removals o Tree removals o Invasive species removals o Survey and staking o Earthworks, fine grading, and drainage o Rainwater garden and swale construction, including subsurface drainage o Concrete work o Picnic shelter installation o Wading pool installation o Picnic table and other site furniture installation o Soil preparation and amending o Seeding and natural planting establishment o Tree planting o Limestone block placing o Three-year native planting establishment period Work of the Project consists of all labor, materials, articles, equipment, incidentals, items, tools, services, supplies, methods, operations, and skills in such quantities as may be necessary to complete the project within the intent of the Contract Documents
