North Regional Wastewater Treatment Plant Improvements Contract 2024-1 The CMAR Contract will include the following services and Work: OWNER is undertaking comprehensive plant-wide improvements at their 11.2 (ave.)/30 (peak) mgd North Regional Wastewater Treatment Plant to provide additional plant capacity to 17.3 (ave.)/50 (peak) mgd, to meet upcoming regulatory requirements, and to upgrade aging infrastructure. OWNER has decided to hire a CMAR, engaging the CMAR for preconstruction services through commissioning of the improvements. OWNER anticipates that the CMAR's Contract Price will be approximately $120,000,000. The CMAR Contract has an expected start date for pre-construction activities of April 1, 2025. Construction to start approximately October 1, 2026, and duration for construction of approximately three years. OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all Statement of Qualifications, to waive any technicality, and to accept any Statement of Qualifications which it deems advantageous. Question Deadline 10/01/2024 All inquiries must be received no later than 10 days prior to the date for submittal of SOQs.
