The Finger Lakes DDSO is soliciting bids for a Roof ACM Abatement at our Saint Paul 2068 IRA located at 2068 Saint Paul St, Rochester, NY 14621. Removal of the following asbestos-containing materials will be required: Roof. a. Silver paint/ black tar around roof-level base of north chimney - Approximately 8 SF. b. Black tar in joint between north chimney brick and stucco sidewall - Approximately 1 SF. c. Gray caulk in joint between north chimney brick and stucco side wall - Approximately 1 SF. d. Silver paint/ black tar around roof-level base of north chimney - Approximately 12 SF. This is a NYS public works project and prevailing wages must be paid. Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Set Aside: No Contract term: 30 days after completion of project Location: 2068 Saint Paul St, Rochester, NY 14621 CR Number: 2107484 Final Date for Receipt of Questions: September 13, 2024 Any questions not asked at the site visit must be submitted in writing to FL.Purchasing@opwdd.ny.gov within 2 business of the site visit.
