The contractor shall provide all materials, plans, travel, labor, equipment, and supervision necessary to do the following: 1. Equipment specifications and install locations and can be reviewed in detail on the attached layout and salient characteristics. 2. Area measurements required for equipment items built to specific sizes/dimensions must be obtained by contractor on site. 3. All equipment will be installed by a contractor in the coffee area and bar/snack area to include, but not limited to the following: a. Review drawings for approval with facility/CES prior to fabrication. b. Uncrate and move equipment into areas using a contractor supplied forklift. c. Set in place coffee counters, bar counters and snack bar counters and all related equipment. d. Assemble and set in place all counters and equipment. (ie; Coffee and cappuccino counters, condiment counter, back coffee counter and back bar counters, bar ledge counter) i. All counters pre-measured per site dimensions and custom built off site and assembled/installed on site. ii. Counters will have 3cm Caesar stone quartz top. e. Make utility connections to all proper sized utilities with valves and disconnects to within 6 ft. of terminating points on the same floor level. f. Assemble utility (keg/beer) cooler and set condenser on top of cooler. i. Make inter connections, lighting and coils as needed for final connections. g. Make final utility connections to all proper sized utilities with valves and disconnects to within 6 ft. of terminating points on the same floor level. h. Start up and test new equipment for proper operation. i. Dispose of debris in a contractor supplied dumpster. A site visit for this requirement has been scheduled for 1:00 PM Central Daylight Time, 11 June 2024, at 543 Holzapple St. Building 203 Grand Forks AFB, ND 58205. Parties interested in attending the site visit must express their intent to the contracting POC's listed below no later than 6 June 2024 to allow proper time to coordinate base access passes, if needed. All questions are due no later than 10 AM Central Daylight Time, 14 June 2024. Quotes are due no later than 11 AM Central Daylight Time, 21 June 2024.
