The Project includes the following Work: Approximately 645 SY of remove asphalt concrete, 88 SF of remove concrete sidewalk, 11 SY of remove concrete approach pavement, 1,258 SY of full depth milling, 795 CY of unclassified excavation, 22 SY of 6" PCC approach pavement, 595 SF of 4" concrete sidewalk, 60 SF of furnish & install detectable warning panels, 10,485 SY of 2" asphalt concrete composite, 2,396 SY of 4" asphalt concrete composite, 566 Ton of haul & place city-owned millings, 1,258 SY of geotextile fabric, 645 SY of 2" aggregate base course, 1,258 SY of aggregate base course, 1,226 SY of aggregate base course, 102 LF of silt fence, 1 inlet protection, 1 remove & reset mailbox and post, 220 CY of contractor furnished topsoil, traffic control, and landscaping. The Project has an expected completion date of October 04, 2024 A pre-bid conference will not be conducted for this Project. A Bid must be accompanied by Bid security made payable to Owner in an amount of ten percent (10%) of Bidder's maximum Bid price (determined by adding the base bid and all alternates) and in the form of a Bid bond issued by a surety meeting the requirements. General Conditions. Such Bid bond will be issued in the form included in the Bidding Documents. In lieu thereof, a Bid may be accompanied by certified check, cashier's check, or bank draft in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the Bidder's maximum Bid price (determined by adding the base bid and all alternates). Said check shall be certified or issued by either a state or national bank and be payable to the Owner. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, including without limitation, nonconforming, nonresponsive, unbalanced, or conditional Bids. Owner also reserves the right to waive all minor Bid informalities not involving price, time, or changes in the Work.
