The Contract consists of these units: 8-inch and 10-inch Sanitary Sewer 3,500 lineal feet 6-inch, 8-inch and 10-inch Water Main 3,500 lineal feet 12-inch to 30-inch Storm Sewer 2,600 lineal feet 24" Concrete Curb & Gutter 7,600 lineal feet Concrete Flatwork 40,000 square feet Street Reconstruction 3,800 lineal feet The quantities and the main sizes are subject to change without notice prior to document distribution. Pavement - Marking, Tree Cutting, Fittings and Valves, Grade and Surface, Fire Hydrant, Pavement Removal, Excavation, Stormwater Improvements, Street/Road Materials, Landscaping - Seeding, Paving (Asphalt or Concrete), Pedestrian Improvements, Storm Drain and Paving, Street/Road Pavement Marking, Utility Street Construction and Excavation, Sewer and Water Construction, Street/Road Widening, Paving (Highway, Road or Street) Bidders must be pre-qualified with Monroe County within the last year or must be pre-qualified for this work 5 days prior to the bid deadline in accordance with Section 66.0901 of the Wisconsin Statutes. Each bidder must deposit, with his bid, security in the amount of 5% of the maximum bid amount. Bidders must be experienced in municipal pipeline and highway construction. Monroe County reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities in any bid or to accept any bid which may be the most advantageous to Monroe County. Portions of this project are funded through a County Highway Improvement Program award from the Wisconsin Department of Transportation. The Contract Documents, consisting of Advertisement for Bids, Instructions to Bidders, Bidder's Proof of Responsibility, Bid Proposal Form, Affidavit of Organization and Authority, Bid Bond (in the amount of 5% of the maximum amount of the bid), Notice of Award Form, Agreement Form, Notice to Proceed Form, Performance/Payment Bond (100%), Certificate of Insurance, General Conditions, Supplementary Conditions, Technical Specifications, Drawings and Addenda Question Deadline 01/26/2024 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing.
