Pre-Solicitation Notice The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 2, Cheektowaga, NY, intends to solicit quotes from contractors to provide monthly rental and disposal of one (1) 30-yard open-top roll-off dumpster for construction debris, bi-weekly disposal of a 6-yard zero-sort recycling container, and the monthly rental of another 30-yard open top roll-off dumpster for metal recycling at the Bath VA Medical Center, 76 Veterans Avenue, Bath, NY 14810. VA anticipates issuing an RFQ for this requirement on or around 01/11/2024 and posting to SAM.gov. Interested contractors will be responsible for downloading copies of the solicitation (and any subsequent amendments) from that website, and no hard copies will be made available. The solicitation will provide instructions to contractors about the quote submission process.
