This is a pre-solicitation notice. The USDA, Agricultural Research Service (ARS) Southeast Area (SEA) U.S. National Poultry Research Center located in Athens, GA., has a requirement to Install 4 removable stainless-steel bollards in walkway at Bldg. 45 entrance. The work includes but is not limited to: The contractor shall provide all professional services necessary to install 4 removable stainless-steel bollards in walkway at B45 entrance located at the USDA, ARS, USNPRC SEPRL on 934 College Station Road Athens GA, 30605. USDA ARS SEA intends to issue a Request for Proposals for a firm fixed priced contract. The solicitation is anticipated to be a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The NAICS code for this requirement is 236220 with a size standard of $45.0 M. Contractors shall not directly contact the facility to discuss this requirement. During the solicitation phase, contractors will be provided the opportunity for a site visit and to ask any relevant questions. This notice is issued solely for information and planning purposes - it does not constitute the Request for Proposal (RFP). The Government anticipates issuing an RFP for this requirement on about January 25, 2024. This notice does not commit the U.S. Government to contract for these services.
