Counties : Walton Road Name: Ponce De Leon Maintenance - Fence Line Clearing SR 8 (I-10) Limits: Midpoint Project(s): 42214337229(*) Federal Aid No: N/A Total Roadway Length: 0.000 Miles Contract Days: 120 Total Bridge Length: 0.000 Miles Total Proposal Length: 0.000 Miles Contract Execution Days: 10 Special Start Date: N/A Aquis/Flexible Start Time: 15 Day Description: The Improvements under this Lump Sum Site-Specific Contract consists of clearing and grubbing and tree trimming along the existing wildlife fence to establish a corridor 15 feet in height and 15 feet in width for State Road 8 (Interstate 10) in Walton County. Estimated width of clearing and grubbing is three to five feet beyond the current established fence corridor. All areas cleared and grubbed will require leveling of soil and hydro-seeding. Locations are shown in the Appendices. For bids over $150,000.00, the standard proposal guaranty of 5% of the bid will be required, unless otherwise stipulated in the proposal advertisement. A Proposal Guaranty of not less than five percent (5%) of the total actual bid in the form of either a certified check, cashier's check, trust company treasurer's check, bank draft of any national or state bank, or a Surety Proposal Guaranty made payable to the Florida Department of Transportation must be received for each bid in excess of $150,000.00 A 100% Payment and Performance Bond will be required for all projects.
