Burnaby DES Integrated Project Delivery ("IPD") project. TIMELINE: Request for Proposal is underway to invite Proposals from professional, qualified, and experienced firms to select a team including the Prime Consultant(s) and IPD facilitator for the Burnaby DES Integrated Project Delivery ("IPD") project. The Proponent will bring IPD expertise and complete understanding of IPD and lean methods to assist the City of Burnaby ("City") through the various phases of the project. It is the intent of City of Burnaby that once a successful proponent is selected, the Prime Consultants, the General contractor, consultant (s), and key trades will enter into an integrated project delivery contract based on the CCDC 30 form as modified by the Supplementary Conditions. Further update in early summer 2024, pending selection of a preferred proponent. *The base target cost will be set after the entire IPD Team completes the Validation Phase.
