A description of the work of this project can be summarized to include widening Beacon Street by approximately three feet with additional modifications to include curb and gutter, as well as detached sidewalk. The project seeks to increase functionalities for all users with the addition of two ADA compliant pedestrian ramps. Improvements are to match the current improvements along Beacon Street, from Oakland Avenue to Vermont Avenue, as much as is feasible for the project corridor A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount, including any add alternates, is required. A Public Works Contractor's License for the State of Idaho is required to bid on this work.
