The Village of Salineville Project Involves: Resurfacing Washington Street from Main Street to the Brookview Apartments in Salineville, OH. The Village of Leetonia Project Involves: Connect Village s high pressure main to southeast quadrant of Village at Cherry Fork Ave to Home Street. Each bidder is required to furnish with its proposal, a 10% Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond in accordance with Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code. Bid Security furnished in Bond form, shall be issued by a Surety Company or Corporation licensed in the State of Ohio to provide said surety. Contractors awarded projects will be required to provide Proof of Insurance Coverage, Workman s Compensation Coverage and a 100% Performance Bond prior to contract execution. Each Proposal must contain the full name of the party or parties submitting the proposal and all persons interested therein, each bidder must submit evidence of its experiences on projects of similar size and complexity. The Owner intends and requires that this project be completed no later than 90 days from Notice to Proceed. Bid shall be sealed and marked appropriately as Bid for: Village of Salineville Street Improvements or Village of Leetonia Waterline Project, and mailed or delivered to: Columbiana County Commissioners Office (Courthouse), 105 South Market Street, Lisbon, Ohio 44432. Bidders must comply with the Prevailing Wage Rates on Public Improvements in Columbiana County, Ohio as determined by the Ohio Bureau of Employment Services, Wage and Hour Division (614-744-2239). No bidder may withdraw his bid within Sixty (60) days after the actual date of the opening thereof. The Columbiana County Commissioners reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids.
