McCarran Marketplace Soccer Fields - Fencing Replacement ESTIMATED COST: $807,500.00 - $850,000.00. Question Date & Time 1/23/2024 08:00:00 PM (ET) BID SECURITY in the amount of five percent (5%) of the Total Base Bid amount in the form of a Cashier's Check, Certified Check, Money Order, or Bid Bond. SCOPE OF WORK: The "Project" of which the "Work" of the Contract is a part titled McCarran Marketplace Soccer Fields Fencing Replacement and is located at 5800 Surrey Street, Las Vegas, NV 89119. The Work consists of the demolition and removal of approximately 2,500 lineal feet of existing six foot (6') high chain-link fencing, gates, integrated curbing, posts and footings. Furnish and install new eight foot (8') high black powder coated ornamental metal fencing with curved security top, walk through gates, equipment access gates, integrated curbing, and footings. Work is to be divided into two phases to prevent the closure of both athletic fields simultaneously. Additional work will include, but not limited to, providing security fencing, refurbish and repair all landscape and hardscape materials, underground utilities, and irrigation system components. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
