The Project includes the following approximate quantities of Work: 800 linear feet (LF) of 8-inch (IN) ductile iron water main; 860 LF of PVC sanitary sewer and laterals; 4 sanitary sewer manholes; 1,150 LF of concrete storm sewer pipe up to 30-IN diameter; 4 storm sewer manholes; 5 storm sewer inlets; 4,000 cubic yards of common excavation; 6,900 tons (T) of crushed stone base course; 2,138 LF of curb and gutter removal and replacement; 13,285 square feet of new and replacement concrete sidewalk and driveway; 1,140 T of asphalt pavement; clearing and grubbing of 3 trees; 4 blocks of urban street seed restoration; erosion control; and pavement markings, among other items. The Bid must be accompanied by Bid security made payable to OWNER in an amount of 10% of the Bidder's maximum Bid price. The Village of Waunakee reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any technicality, and to accept any Bid which it deems advantageous. All Bids shall remain subject to acceptance for 85 days after the time set for receiving Bids. Contract award shall be made based on the lowest responsive and responsible Bidder.
