Capital Road Improvements to Country Meadows and Brookshire Neighborhood The scope of Work contemplated for the abovenamed Project HMA milling, HMA 9.5M64 Surface Course, HMA Pavement repair (if and where directed), Installation of ADA compliant curb ramps, concrete sidewalk, Installation of Thermoplastic Traffic Markings, Installation of Regulatory and Warning Signs as well as all other Work of any type or description necessary for contemplation of the Project, whether or not specifically described in these Contract Documents. All Work on this Contract shall be completed within 60 Calendar Days from Notice to Proceed. The SBE goal for the project is six percent (6%). Bidders interested in obtaining hard copies of the documents in person from the office must make an appointment with Cynthia Sander. Also, Bid Packets must be accompanied by a Statement of Consent of Surety from a surety company holding a Certificate of Authorization to do business in the State of New Jersey and either a Bid Bond or a Certified Check drawn to the order of "TOWNSHIP OF ROBBINSVILLE, MERCER COUNTY" for not less than ten percent (10%) of the total bid price amount, except that the check shall not exceed $20,000.00. The successful Bidder is hereby notified that a Performance and Payment Bonds for the full amount of this Project is required. The award of the Contract for this Project will not be made unless and until the necessary funds have been provided by TOWNSHIP OF ROBBINSVILLE, MERCER COUNTY in a lawful manner. TOWNSHIP OF ROBBINSVILLE, MERCER COUNTY reserves the right to reject any and all Bid Packets to the extent permitted by law.
