Forest Stand Management Funded (GFS) Survey 70 openings with approximately 590 plots across 545.5 hectares on GFS funded openings. Survey types will be regen/stocking regeneration (RG) and free grow (FG) with some multi surveys. Openings to survey are in various locations in the Thompson Rivers Forest District as per the Survey Overview Maps. SU25DTR002 focuses on openings North of Kamloops, BC. The openings to be surveyed are located throughout Thompson Rivers Forest District, North of Kamloops, BC. Block conditions are highly variable and access often challenging. Many openings will have 4X4 access; However, the use of an ATV will often be necessary. Detailed access notes have not been provided. A thorough review of the openings listed in the attached Detailed Schedule B is highly recommended so proponents understand the entire scope of the work and can bid accordingly. The Detailed Schedule B may provide some limited access notes where challenges are known to exist. Tenders must be submitted in accordance with the terms and conditions specified in the tender package. The lowest priced or any tender will not necessarily be accepted. This solicitation is subject to the New West Partnership Trade Agreement (NWPTA), the Canada Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), the Agreement between the Government of Canada and the Government of the United States of America on Government Procurement (CUSPA), and the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (GPA).
