York Region plants and maintains landscaped features on Regional road right of ways, including trees, shrubs and perennials in landscaped centre medians, boulevards and roundabouts. These plantings and associated maintenance activities are conducted throughout the Region for the purpose of creating safe and attractive streets. The following is a list of pre-qualified contractors that have been approved to bid on this Request for Tender under Request for Pre-Qualification No. RFPQ-968-22 Lomco Ltd. Bam Bam Construction Titanium Contracting Inc Forest Ridge Landscaping Any Bids received from Bidders not listed above shall be rejected from further consideration. DEPOSIT: All Bids shall be accompanied by a bid bond in the amount of $250,000.00 the form of a digital Bid Bond from a recognized guarantee or surety company acceptable to the Region and authorized by law to do business in the Province of Ontario. Bidders shall submit a digital Undertaking to Bond with their Bid. Bids received that do not include a bid deposit in a form acceptable to the Region shall be deemed noncompliant and shall be rejected.
