The National Park Service (NPS), BLUE RIDGE PARKWAY Virginia. 1670 Blue Ridge Parkway, Floyd, VA 24091 REMOVE/REPLACE ASPHALT SHINGLE ROOF AND GUTTERS ON ROCKY KNOB MAINTENANCE YARD BUILDINGS: Replacement of approximately 14, 194 -SF of asphalt architectural 30-year shingles and #30 underlayment, repair/replace damaged plywood sheeting, replace flashing around chimney(s), replace drip edge, install roof underlayment, installation of a ridge vent(s) along the length of the buildings, the removal and replacement of approximately. 984-LF of gutter with downspouts and installation of approximately 984-LF of gutter guards on buildings at Rocky Knob Maintenance Area. This proposed acquisition will be 100% small business set-aside procurement. The NAICS code is 238160 Roofing Contractors. and the size standard is $16.5 million. In accordance with FAR Subpart 36.204, the magnitude of this requirement is estimated (b) Between $100,00 and $250,000. The solicitation, plans, and specifications are expected to be posted on or about January 17, 2024 (this is a target date which may slip or change; if the solicitation is not posted on SAM by January 17, 2024, that is because the solicitation is not available for posting).
