Closing Time: 3:00 PM (NT) Diesel Plant Replace Building Exterior - Postville The Work includes but is not limited to the following: Remove existing exterior metal roofing and insulation. Replace with new; Remove existing exterior structural stack support framing. Replace with new; Remove existing exterior metal siding and insulation. Replace with new; Remove existing exterior wall mounted electrical / mechanical devices as required to accommodate metal siding replacement. Reinstatement to be coordinated and confirmed with NL Hydro; Remove existing exterior window assembles. Replace with new; Remove existing exterior door assembles. Replace with new; Remove existing exterior light fixtures. Replace with new; Install new exterior concrete pads at exterior door assemblies; Construct new exterior canopy assembly at double loading doors; The facility is to remain fully operational throughout this renovation project. Work to be completed with minimal disruption to the building interior Contractor must include Health and Safety requirements to protect their workers and the project site. These requirements are to include, but are not limited to, a Site Specific Health & Safety Plan; Hazardous materials abatement as required including, but not limited to Lead Paint and Asbestos. A preconstruction hazardous Appendix materials B of the specifications. IST MAR assessment has been completed and is included in Question Deadline 01/19/2024 at 11:59 PM NT The Work shall be completed no later than September 27, 2024
