PW- Hot Mix Asphalt - The City of Minneapolis is issuing this Call for Bids for prospective suppliers to furnish and deliver Hot Mix Asphalt, for PW-Transp Eng and Design along with various Boards and Departments. Questions on Bid due by: 1/18/2024 at 11:00AM CT to Jasmine V Ludwig jasmine.ludwig@minneapolismn.gov The product and services provided for under these specifications shall consist of producing, furnishing, loading, and upon request, delivering plant-mixed, State-certified Bituminous Mixtures in such quantities as to satisfy the needs of the City of Minneapolis. Bituminous Mixtures shall be produced for, and delivered to upon request, various locations within the City limits and to any City Department or Board facilities located less than three miles beyond City limits. The expected purchase quantity is stated as a good faith estimate on the bid form. The actual quantity purchased may be increased or decreased, to meet the City's requirements for the said period, without any adjustment to the vendor's bid price.
