Scope of Work of the Contract includes the following: Construction of Paving Facilities in Sunterra Sec 57 for Harris County Municipal Utility District No. 569, Harris County, Texas. Each Bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond or a certified or cashiers check, acceptable to the Owner, in an amount not less than two percent (2%) of the total amount Bid, The successful bidder must furnish a performance bond and a payment bond each in the sum of 100 percent (100%) of the Contract Price. The successful bidder must also provide a one-year (1) maintenance bond for one hundred (100) percent of the cost of the construction of the improvements that will be owned by Harris County Municipal Utility District No. 569. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive all defects and irregularities in bidding or bidding process except time of submitting a Bid. The successful bidder, if any, will be the responsible bidder which in the Board s judgment will be most advantageous to the District and result in the best and most economical completion of the Project.
