The City of Grand Forks Water Distribution department is requesting bids for maintenance parts for the 2024 calendar year. Bids will remain subject to acceptance and bidder will guarantee bid price from the date of the bid opening through February 29, 2024. The City of Grand Forks Water Works General Specifications are included in the bid documents and will be followed. The bid quantities provided are estimates, not a guaranteed purchase amount. A product description, unit price and delivery time for each item will be provided on the parts order price list. A completed parts order list will be submitted with the bid. The final bid price including totals for each section will be submitted on the Request for Sealed Bid Form. The form must include vendor contact information, date, signature and bid number 2024-1. A copy of this form signed by an authorized representative of the Vendor and must be included with bid submission. Additional detailed pricing and specifications may also be provided as an attachment to this form. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids/proposals or part thereof, to accept one or more items of a bid/proposal without obligation as to other items, and to waive any informalities or irregularities.
