Design and Engineering Services for City of Salina, Parks and Recreation Department Jerry Ivey Memorial Park Improvements - 2465 Edwards St., Salina, Kansas The City of Salina requests statements of experience, qualifications and interest for design and engineering services including, but are not limited to: scoping, development of final design, bidding services and construction administration. The City of Salina has reserved funds for a new water feature, an updated memorial and various landscaping and site improvements at Jerry Ivey Memorial Park. Firm information and a signed and notarized copy of the certification by prospective participants as to current history regarding debarment, eligibility, indictments, convictions, or civil judgments (not included in total page count) The City anticipates selecting a consultant based upon qualifications and experience with other water feature and park landscaping projects, but reserves the right to ask prospective consultants to expound on their qualifications at a later date. The specific scope of services agreement will be negotiated later and include items that are necessary to comply with the project. Proposals will be evaluated in accordance with the City's Professional Services Selection Guidelines, which can be found electronically.
