Multi-Purpose Building - Bandys High School. This Multi-Purpose Building project is a project that includes the construction of a open air Multi-Purpose Building at Bandys High School. The Building, which has approximately 4,623 sq. ft has dimensions of approx. 46 x 100. The project will be a slab on grade, post and beam, and pre-engineered wood trusses. There will be no plumbing, and no Mechanical work to be permitted. There will be electrical work to be done per the drawings. All questions shall be directed to the attention of Stan Winstead in the office of the Architect, PO Box 321, Newton, North Carolina 28658, Phone (828) 464-2827, Fax (828) 464-3229, Email winarch@bellsouth.net. Do not contact the owner with questions Performance Bond and Payment Bond will be required for one hundred per cent (100%) each of the contract price. Bids not properly signed on the Bid Proposal Form shall be rejected as invalid. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities and to accept the bid which appears to be to the Owners best interest.
