All personnel working or providing services to the Port must obtain a Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) or be escorted with someone with that credential in accordance with the Port's approved security plan. The Transportation Security Administration issues TWIC's and should be contacted for additional information on the application process. The finished interior will include work centers, offices, large manufacturing areas, restrooms/locker rooms, cranes (to be determined what type i.e., gantry/overhead), a kitchen and dining facility, simulator/IT rooms, and other spaces specific to advanced sailing and maritime activities.
