SCOPE OF WORK The Contractor shall construct the project per: o Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) Specifications, Standards, and Details; o Applicable City of Johns Creek Specifications and Details; o The Contract Documents including but not limited to the scope of work and specifications; o The Plans - drawings/details/notes; o Purchase Order; o Approved Schedule; o City of Johns Creek ordinances and regulations; o OSHA standards and guidelines; o Any other applicable codes, laws and regulations including but not limited to Section 45-10-20 through 45-10-28 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, Title VI of the Civil Rights Act, Drug-Free Workplace Act, and all applicable requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990
