Scope and Nature. This project includes, but is not necessarily limited to, removal and replacement of existing flooring as at Karen Western Elementary School as shown in more detail in the plans and specifications prepared by BCDM Architects (Architect). Work will occur primarily in corridors and classrooms. Douglas County School District No. 28-0054, commonly known as Ralston Public Schools (the "District"), is requesting bids from qualified individuals or entities to complete a building construction project including but not limited to removal and replacement of existing flooring at Karen Western Elementary School. The project site will be available immediately upon the District issuing a Notice to Proceed, with on-site construction to commence on or about March 30, 2024. Substantial completion of the project must be achieved by July 22, 2024 All questions, inquiries, or requests for clarification or site inspection should be submitted by email to Superintendent Jason Buckingham at jason.buckingham@ralstonschools.org. The District and/or Architect will provide responses to bidders' questions at Pre-Bid Conference by Addendum.
