Value: $ 3,900,000.00 The Work is generally described as follows: installation of approximately 50 linear feet (LF) of 1-inch water service line, 140 LF of 6-inch diameter ductile iron water main, 3,420 LF of 8-inch diameter HDPE water main, 3,000 LF of 18-inch HDPE water main, 9,350 LF of 24-inch HDPE water main, 60 LF of 14-inch PVC casing pipe installed by open trench, 210 LF of 36-inch steel casing pipe installed by jack and bore, valves, fire hydrants, bollards, blowoff hydrants, concrete splash pads, Air-Vac valve assemblies and manholes, service pipe and connections, casing pipe at non-potable utility crossings, gravel, sod, asphalt, and agricultural surface restoration, and other miscellaneous work required to complete the Work as shown on the Drawings and as specified. All Work will be subject to federal and state requirements relating to the use of federal funds, including Davis Bacon Wage Rates, Washington State Prevailing Wage Rates for Public Works projects, EEO, Washington State Contracting Laws, etc. All Work performed on this project will be subject to the higher of the prevailing state or federal wage rates. This Project is being funded in part through the Washington State Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (DWSRF) program with federal funds from the Environmental Protection Agency. The Successful Bidder and all associated subcontractors must meet DWSRF requirements or provisions and be licensed to conduct business in Washington State.
