The Citizen Potawatomi Nation Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids, and the Right to Cancel All or Any Portion of This Project Within Thirty (30) Days From the Date of Opening the Bids, for Any Reason and at Its Sole Discretion. The Contract Will Be Awarded to the Lowest Responsive and Qualified Bidder Whose Bid Does Not Exceed the Amount of Funds Estimated by the Owner to Be Available for Construction of the Project. Contracts for Work Under This Proposal Will Obligate the Contractors and Subcontractors Not to Discriminate in Employment Practices. Also, Contracts Are Subject to the Provisions of the U.s Department of Commerce Economic Development Administration and Therefore Subject to the Davis-bacon Wage Determinations. A Cashier's Check, Certified Check, or a Surety Bond in the Amount of Five Percent (5%) of the Total Bid Shall Accompany the Sealed Bid of Each Bidder. Each Bid Submitted is a Legal Offer and When Accepted by the Citizen Potawatomi Nation Constitutes a Firm and Binding Contract.
