Woodlands County is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to perform Building Condition Assessments for Woodlands County buildings. The selected proponent will be requested to enter in direct contract with Woodlands County for the provision of the deliverables. The term of the agreement will be established under the awarded contract to encompass the duration of the contemplated work. Deadline for Questions (email only) January 16, 2024, 12:00:00 p.m. local time The objective of the walk-through survey is to visually observe the subject facility to obtain information on material systems and components. Information collected includes system type, manufacturer, system capacity, system age, system operator, life expectancy etc. Proponents may amend their proposals prior to the Submission Deadline by submitting a revised proposal via email. At any time throughout the RFP process until the execution of a written agreement for provision of the Deliverables, a proponent may withdraw a submitted proposal. To withdraw a proposal prior to the Submission Deadline, a proponent should request via email to un-submit the proposal. Following the Submission Deadline, a notice of withdrawal must be sent to the RFP Contact and must be signed by an authorized representative of the proponent. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
