The Project consists of approximately 21 lane miles and approximately 137,615 square yards of Chip Seal HFRS, 1/4 minus rock and HFRS-P Dilute 50/50 fog seal. Streets are located within the residential streets within the City of Bend. Street list and a map provided below. The Work includes, As follows, Public Outreach Traffic Control- complete, PCMS boards, Type II barricades no parking signs day of work. Rock haul and stock pile locations. Asphalt binder distributors, Chip Rock Aggregate (chip) spreaders Rollers Dump trucks, and sweeping equipment. The Engineers estimate is $615,152.50 to $645,910.13 2024 Residential Chip Seal. No faxed or emailed submissions will be accepted. Prequalification is a requirement. Bidders must be prequalified with City of Bend at the time the bid s are opened. Pre qualification process is administered by the Private Development Engineering Division through the City View perm it and licensing software and customer portal. The City of Bend reserves the right to: 1) reject any or all bids not in compliance with public bidding procedures, 2) to post pone award of the contact for a period not to exceed sixty days from the date of bid opening, 3) to waive in formalities in the bids. The Engineer's estimate is $615,152.50 to $645,910.13. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
