Question Deadline 01/17/2024 at 12:00 PM ET Submit Questions to: Melissa Pettrey, Senior Buyer 2019 Washington Street, East Charleston, WV 25305 Fax: (304) 558-3970 Email Melissa.K.Pettrey@wv.gov the General Services Division to establish a contract for the Building 16 (Daycare) Roof and HVAC Replacement Project at 2100 Washington Street East, Charleston, WV, 25305, The West Virginia Purchasing Division is soliciting bids on behalf of the General Services Division to establish a contract for the following: Remove and replace existing roof system, gutter, and downspouts. Clean joints and repoint the cornice perimeter. Remove and cap all designated vents. Install thermostatically controlled vents. Provide new roof access ladders. Remove the existing rooftop unit and install two new rooftop units. Remove existing basement unit and provide new split system and ductwork. Remove all existing ductwork attached to the basement heating unit. Furnish and install all necessary ductwork to supply the first and second floors. Furnish and install exhaust fans for the first and second floors. The Vendor shall furnish all materials, labor, and equipment necessary to complete all Construction Services. The Vendor shall furnish any incidental work, materials, labor, and equipment that are necessary to complete the Construction Services, even if such incidental work is not explicitly included in the Project Plans. The location shall be Building 16 (Daycare) at 2100 Washington Street East, Charleston, WV, 25305.
