Following is a summary of information for this Project. Bidder is cautioned to refer to other sections of the Project Manual, Drawings and Addenda (Bid Documents) for further details. The City of West Lake Hills, hereafter called OWNER, is requesting Bids for furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and incidentals, and for performing all Work required for the following: Project: Harbor View Retaining Wall and Guard Rail Improvements and Roadrunner Road Culvert Replacement and Paving Improvements Located at: Harbor View Drive and Road Runner Road Solicitation No.: 24-001 The Work consists of the following: - Harbor View Road: The construction of a concrete retaining wall and guardrail installation. - Roadrunner Road: Full depth reconstruction of existing pavement along with removing and replacing the existing 18" CMP pipe with 18" RCP pipe, the installation of a grate inlet and safety end treatments and the construction of a concrete retaining wall on the north side of the road.
