All workers must adhere to all required safety measures when in any building and while working. o The Contractor shall remove all service materials and debris from the site when the work included in the Contract is completed and leave the site in a neat, restored condition. The Contractor shall thoroughly clean the work completed under the Contract and leave in a bright and new condition. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and equipment to load, transport and dispose of refuse at no additional cost to the County. o Contractor is responsible for all appropriate signage necessary when working. o The Contractor shall furnish, if required in the Request for Bid, all labor, materials, installed equipment, tools, scaffolding, shoring, bracing, appliance and equipment necessary to perform and safely complete the work under the Contract, and within the time specified. o The Contractor represents and warrants that he/she is familiar with all Federal, State, County and Municipal Laws, ordinances, and regulations, which may in any way affect the work or those employed therein, including, but not limited to, any special acts relating to the work or to the project of which it is a part.
