Make the cashier's check or bid bonds payable to the Owner. furnishing all plant, labor, material and equipment and performing all work required for the construction The project is located in Chambers County Improvement District No. 3 in Chambers County, Texas (Chambers County Key Map No. 463-Y). "ATTENTION: Pursuant to Texas Government Code 2252.908, you must be able to provide Bat Hawk Investments Group LP, on behalf of Chambers County Improvements District No. 3 (the "District") with a printed, executed and notarized original of a completed Certificate of Interested Parties form (Form 1295) with the bid. Failure to do so will result in the District's inability to execute the contract. The work consists of providing the necessary labor, materials, equipment, and supervision to construct Lift Station No. 1 including but not limited to Move-in and start-up, including performance and payment bonds for 100 percent (100%) of the contract amount, insurance, and all necessary permits for construction; construction of a six-foot (6') diameter precast wet well including 100% solids epoxy coating, well point system and dewatering as necessary, complete with two (2) submersible pumps with all accessories, riser piping, valves, and coatings; precast valve vault with factory applied coating; fence and gates; concrete pavement; site work; 8-inch (8") and 12-inch (12") on-site sanitary sewer piping; on-site manhole; on-site 4-inch (4") force main; water line downstream of the water meter; RPZ backflow preventer with enclosure; backflow preventer concrete pad; one (1) minimum 60-kW diesel engine driven generator, generator concrete pad, automatic transfer switch, load bank testing, control panel, control panel concrete pad, control panel sunshade canopy, automatic telephone dialer, lighting, electrical service disconnect switches, conduit, wire; trench safety system at all depths; Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan implementation, maintenance, and record keeping; Construction Staking to be performed by Quiddity Engineering, LLC of property corners, manhole, storm inlet, corners of generator slab, corners of service rack and control panel slab, and wet well center. Staking to be performed one time only (the Contractor will be invoiced hourly for re-staking); Allowance for the proposed improvements as described in the contract documents due to unforeseen conditions not determinable at the time of bidding, complete as specified and approved by the Engineer on an as needed basis; Allowance for power coordination with CenterPoint Energy. Payment to the contractor will be based on the actual invoice from CenterPoint as approved by the Engineer; hydromulch seeding; and all else as shown on the construction drawings and detailed in the specifications for a fully functioning lift station, and all else shown on the construction drawings and detailed in the specifications for a fully functioning system.
