Gay Ave. Elevated Storage Tank Rehablitation. This project consists of an interior near-white blast (SSPC-SP 10/Nace No.2) with protective coating application on a 300,000-gallon Elevated Storage Tank. Additional tank improvements include a weld repair on a 1/2-inch hole in the tanks side wall plates with exterior spot touchups on coatings damaged by the weld. A Bidder's Bond, Certified or Cashier's Check in an amount not less than (5%) of the total bid shall accompany each bid as a guarantee that, if awarded the contract, the bidder will promptly enter into a contract with the City of Gladewater, Texas. The City of Gladewater reserves the right to reject any or all bids. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing.
