Blount Island Marine Terminal High Bay Service Hoist Replacement Scope of Work Project work shall be inclusive of yet not limited to all labor, materials, equipment, incidentals, testing and supervision necessary to replace an overhead hoist located at the Blunt Island Marine Terminal equipment maintenance shop. Main tasks shall include labor, material, equipment, supervision, testing, incidentals, means and methods to: o Remove and proper disposal of existing overhead hoist o Provide and install a new overhead hoist, including power/electrical, mechanical connections o Perform load tests and provide all applicable certifications o File and obtain all required permits (including fees/costs associated) o Provide training (use and maintenance) to JAXPORT personnel All labor performed, materials and equipment furnished shall be in accordance and compliance with all applicable local, state and federal codes, standards and regulations, including structural, electrical, mechanical, environmental and safety related standards. The Work shall also be performed in accordance with all Jaxport's bid/contract documents. The Contractor shall adhere to all notes and technical specifications as written and referenced herein.
