Advertised Estimate: The Award Amount and Contract Performance Bond Shall Be Based on the Department S Advertised Estimate Amount of $250,000.00 and Not the Contractors Bid Total. Performance Bond: a Contract / Performance Bond is Required for This Project. Required Submittals With Bid: Experience Form Concrete Pavement Repair 850-070-02 Must Be Submitted With the Bid. Proposal Bid Guarantee: on Proposals Over $150,000, a Proposal Guaranty of $500 Must Accompany Each Bid.
