The Project has a 10.4% combined Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) and Women Business Enterprise (WBE) participation goals TOWN OF FRANKLIN In accordance with MGL c. 30 section 39m, it is the intention of the Town of Franklin to retain the services of a construction firm for the purposes of constructing approximately 7,250 feet of roadway improvements along Country Club Drive, Jordan Road, Tam-O-Shanter Road, and Burning Tree Road within the Town of Franklin. Question Deadline 01/11/2024 at 10:00 AM ET Every request for such interpretation should be in writing addressed to Pam Vickery, Chief Procurement Officer, Municipal Building, 355 East Central St., Franklin, MA 02038 or to email address: (pvickery@franklinma.gov ) to be given consideration must be received at least five (5) days prior to the date fixed for the opening of bids Project: Bidders must be pre-qualified with MassDOT with the class of work as HIGHWAY - CONSTRUCTION for the amount of the Estimated Construction Cost indicated below. The work to be performed will include excavation, pavement reclamation, pavement milling, paving with hot mix asphalt, asphalt berm, granite curb, asphalt sidewalks, drainage improvements, and other incidental work as required. Work under this Contract shall be paid for at the contract unit bid prices, which shall constitute full compensation for all material, labor, equipment, etc., required to satisfactorily complete the work.
