This project will include an asphalt path with adjacent electrical conduit to connect the existing Timine Way Trail on the west end, and to the upcoming Safe Routes to School Trail on the east end near Highway 331. The path will run across the top of the embankment overlooking Spring Creek, adjacent to the Nixyaawii Governance Center. There is an optional bid alternate for a trash receptacle and bench. This project will be physically connected to the Safe Routes trail that has an RFP closing next week, and contractors are welcome to bid on both projects. No bid will be considered unless accompanied by certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond made payable to CTUIR in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the Basic Bid. Interest will not be allowed on bid security. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
