Oregon nonprofit corporation, dba North Clackamas Watersheds Council, is inviting bids from qualified and responsible contractors for the construction of the River Forest Creek Confluence Restoration Project. This project uses federal funding. NCUWC may reject any bid not in compliance with all prescribed solicitation procedures and requirements and other applicable law, and may reject any or all bids in whole or in part when the cancellation or rejection is in the best interest of NCUWC, and at no cost to NCUWC. For additional information regarding this ITB, please contact Amy van Riessen, who can be contacted at amy@ncwatersheds.org. All communication shall be via email. Qualified certified disadvantaged business enterprises, minority-owned businesses, woman-owned businesses, emerging small businesses, and businesses that are service-disabled veteran owned, are encouraged to submit a bid if qualified or to submit proposals to those bidding to be the general contractor. Contractor shall provide all necessary expertise, labor, equipment, materials, incidentals, and permits required to perform the River Forest Creek Confluence Restoration Project including but not limited to: 1. Project work area isolation and dewatering. work shall consist of construction of boulder weirs, an esm chute, habitat logs, a complex log jam, live stake planting, and seeding. 2. Excavation as indicated on the Plans. 3. Install rock slope protection materials in the channel as indicated on the plans. 4. Install large wood structures in the channel as indicated on the plans.
